From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Valerie answers all of my questions honestly and thoroughly no matter in person or on the phone. The vet techs are sure to inform you of everything that will happen during the visit. Then, there's Dr. Rankin. She exudes love for animals! She is so tender, kind, and compassionate toward the animals and incredibly nice to have a conversation with. She ensures she's answered all of your questions and does it in a kind and loving manner.
